@bsdunek Thank you very much. I agree the details came out very nice especially for a 2nd pass lith. Up until last night I've struggled to get good details for some reason.

The print is solarizing quite beautifully I am not overly fond of flowers but this is quite nice balance and tones.

@Bob Carnie Thank you. Honestly I don't care much for solarization except with flowers. For some reason the two seem (to me) to work well together.

What is creating the solarization, the second pass? I have never done second pass lith so this effect intrigues me.

Yes. The picture was developed in LPD paper developer and over exposed by about 1/2 a stop then bleached in potassium ferricyanide, wash and then redeveloped under room light until the solarization was just slightly noticeable. At that point I killed the light and let the print finish developing. I have another that I'm going to post later that came out pretty interesting also.

Edit: I bleach until most of the shadow detail was gone with only the deepest black remaining.

Are you going back into the lith developer after the bleach? why do you need to kill the lights?, sorry for my ignorance on this

Yes After the bleach I went to the lith developer. I killed the lights (room light not red light) because when I left them on I had prints with to much solarization. Not sure why it happened but after I started turning the room light off I seemed to have better control.
