A follow-up to my two trees in the mist. This tree was captured in freezing fog. The low contrast of the original image enables the infectious development in lith developer to infect the light areas of the image when the image is relatively under-exposed in the enlarger and then developed for longer than normal.
I'm not convinced. I like it but wonder how much of it is pure development luck and how much of it is creation. Do you really need a Leica for this or would a pinhole camera do?
I do like it though. It's different, a good kind of different!
Whew! I can only say bravo for this print. Who cares what kind of camera you used. I'm convinced that you've made a great print. Who says you have to know exactly how a print will look before making the print?
