A little flat, but not bad! Hard to say without seeing the neg, but I bet it's printable at grade 4 or so, if the scan hasn't been too heavily tweaked. Interesting that you've gotten Newton's rings from scanning a glass plate. Just out of curiosity, did you scan with the emulsion side to the glass?
