Ominous Orchard

After I printed this, I decided it was too dark, so I reprinted it. I uploaded the new print for comparison, but I actually think I like the darker print better. Makes it feel much more ominous.

The darker, yes. I think that front tree is coming to stomp on my toes...
 
I found these prints interesting because I was going for a very different feel when I took the picture. Still, I like the darkness and doom of this print better than what I had envisioned originally. The scene, when I took the picture, was not dark or dreary at all. You can see in my exposure that this was a bright scene. The dark clouds in the distance weren't really dark at all.
