Omaezaki Lighthouse

Omaezaki Lighthouse

Another from my recent trip. The Omaezaki Lighthouse over looking the Pacific Ocean. This was taken just after sunset with 60mph winds blowing while i was taking the picture, surprisingly it came out sharp.

Any and all comments are greatly appreciated.

This is a great study in separating low tones and maintaining details. I really like it. Were it on a wall, one would be forced to stop and ponder what was being represented.

Very good work, especially in those conditions.

Excellent composition and great exposure control. Love it.

Thanks for the kind words.

Dan, the blur you are looking at is light itself. It has a huge first order Fresnel lens at rotates, and it makes the light look blurry.
