The sign must be at least 60 years old and must have outlasted most of the cars it names. No such vehicles were in evidence during the shooting. Anyone seen one lately?
And to what shooting are you referring? This sign has seen more than camera shots. You will find K-F around still if you frequent Hemmings Motor News site.
The Henry J was a popular vehicle as a cab in Tokyo when I was there in the 60s. They had been converted to right hand drive. And, a family member had a Frazier. They were good cars.
There are several Kaisers that show up in car shows and parades in the Portland, Oregon area. Pretty wild machines for their time. Or for this time for that matter.
In 1948 my Uncle won a Frazer at the 4th of July doin's in Utica, MI. The Frazer was the luxury version of the Kaiser at that time. His was an ugly sea-foam green, but it had a spinning hood ornament. It was like a rocket through a ring with propeller blades. When you got up to about 30 mph it would start to spin. Always thought I would have one of those on my car someday.
