I find this series of images you have put up to be excellent in tone range. No highlight clipping and near perfect shadow detail. Do you find that Caffenol CL to render images just as good as those processed in C41 developer? I do all my B&W film developing, but haven't tried home development of C41. I'd rather not do C41 at home if something like Caffenol CL works just as well. Your photos sure look nice to me. JohnW
John, thank you for your kind comment !
The results with Caffenol CL are not better or worse than in C-41 - I found the recipe here in the forum and I wanted to give it a try. It was now my third roll with Caffenol CL and I am quite satisfied. Tone range is always nice with the chromogenic films.
