Old Osage

I found a few of these creepy old pastures trees at a local park long overtaken by younger, faster growing trees. They are to stubborn to give up in many ways.

Awwww. it's not "creepy". It just has character, like lots of us old folks!
 
Now that it might cool off, maybe I can catch them blanketed in fog coming off the nearby river. Maybe that would set the mood a bit better.
