this is an old mill in CT. we had a LF gathering there last weekend.

this is my 1st attempt at printing using van dyke. ther are some soft spots due to not having a proper printing frame. i was using my regular contact printer that i use for B&W paper.

Get a proper frame. You will be happy you did.

By the way, in this process, the old mill really does look like an old photo of an old mill. I like it.
 
thanks mark. i plan to get a frame....soon i hope.

the problem was i was trying to do two 5x7 pieces of paper in one 8x10 frame.....
