The really looks like 2 pictures and as I have to scroll to see it on the screen I can only see either the old man or the younger people behind. I'm sure a crop of just the old man will make a really excellent print.

Yea, this has a nice composition. Lots of motion with that diagonal shadows from the chin and above terminating into the window through the guys head with hand on his face.

There is also that reflection that looks like a newspaper. The story seems to be he was reading the newspaper and fell asleep.

I don't crop quite as tight as you do...some context is important. And, not asleep - reading his morning paper.
