Old Iron

Fomapan 100 @ 100asa
Pyrocat HD @ 13mins @20c

As posted, I have had lots of issues with this film/dev combo. I had some old (about 6-8mo) copper toner, so I gave it a shot. The toner was the color of an old penny, but it still gave me some very nice tones that seem to fit the subject.

The tone is just simply beautiful. Its realistic and close to the chromatic feel of the old machinery but its monochromatic quallity captures a character that wouldn't be possible with a straight color print.

I remember the discussion started by Sandy King in the forum about this film/dev combo. I say the results are great! That's an excellent photograph.

I started that discussion actually :D . I still don't have it right. Stefano seems to be on the right track however...

Fantastic.
