Indeed. I received a Chinon "SLR" model for Christmas and purchased 3 50mm lenses for comparison. Alas, the 50mm 1.4 Takumar is only halfway through the de-yellowing treatment so I haven't been able to use it for color work, but the Zeiss 50mm f2.8 and Chinon 55mm f1.7 are both sweet lenses.

Great image too! Love the subdued colors, the gentle lighting.
