Old Car

Nice shot. Rust demands colour. It instantly had me reminiscing. Last time I saw this car, Robert Mitchum had his femme fatale( Jane Greer) in it in "Build My Gallows High".

All the men(good or bad) smoked and drank but only the bad, independent and feisty ladies with a "devil may care" attitude did the same.

Sometimes they paid a price for their badness but the men always did for being foolish and misguided enough to fall for them.

Still what a way to go!

I love this! Are those bullet holes near the back? Tells an interesting story for sure.

Those sure are bullet holes. I found them mildly unnerving as I stood in an open field in the growing light!
