We were living in the OKC area on April 19, 1995. This is written on the side of the Journal Record building, beside the Murrah Memorial. Taken alone it almost might look like the statement of a paranoid conspiracy nut. But in the context of a rescue and the call for justice the real meaning becomes apparent.
