Generic street shot, social commentary, a laugh at ourselves at what we get ourselves into - thinking of sidewalk ending, fwy overpasses that just stop w/out ever connecting to anything for decades. People hurling into dire straights from either their own poor choices or sometimes the choices made by others. Your title is superb.
