not ready, yet

From a job site this weekend. Went to look over another house, to check progress on the walls prior to delivery of roof trusses. This is a remodel, in that there were a couple of existing masonry and interior walls left after the demo was finished. Tomorrow the roof ships and hopefully walls will be far enough along to roll trusses.

Construction has slowed now and we are trying to pick up more work in the custom home market, to make up for tract home sales being soft. The crew on this house hadn't worked in a month and a half.
