Those lower clouds near the horizon line nearly approximate the shape and tone of the surf and make a great transition between water and sky. To my eye it is simultaneously simple and elegant while having lots of texture and light to make it interesting. Really nicely seen and produced!

Thank you for the compliments. Bad weather can be a good subject but it does not often cooperate by staying away from the camera.
