Noosa/Sky

These two negatives were taken about 8 months apart.

The lower was taken on a beach Queensland, Australia. The short time I was there changed me completely, and I miss it every day.. I finally was able to print the negative in a way I liked a few weeks ago, so I had the idea to connect where I am to where I sincerely wish I could be.

I decided to 'extend' the image into the sky. It is, afterall, the same in all places.

That means a lot coming from you Andrew :smile: I have a few other 'partials' that will turn into a 10-20 piece diptych/triptych series.. I really dig this whole lith thing, as it's got quite a few ideas going, but I really wish I could paint!
