A storm I captured at about 1.00 in the morning a couple of weeks ago.

Cropped & darkened, but no other digital manipulations.

Looks just as impressive here as it does over on the ƒ32 site! Wish I had shot this one; wish I were brave enough to stand beside a tripod during an electrical storm!

"&#402" was typed in as Alt + 0131 but that doesn't seem to work here in the comments section; it functions OK in a PM. I was referring to the f.32 web site.

Thanks Konical. I'm not that brave (stupid?) - I often sit in the car while the exposure is happening, just in case. It all depends on how far away the storm is: in this case I couldn't even hear much of the thunder, so the storm was some distance away and I felt quite safe.

Foreshortening is a wonderful property of longer lenses!
