Newgrange

Newgrange megalithic tomb, in Co. Meath, Ireland. This passage tomb was built in the Neolithic (new stone age) era, about 3200 BC. Newgrange has been reconstructed extensively in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. The photo was taken in August of 1985. This print was made in July, 1998 on 8x10.
