Wow, the lighting and the clouds really make this look surreal! I'd almost be tempted to crop the bottom up to the base of the lightpost. Not sure...but not a lot is lost doing it.

Be careful where you stand. Trash cans, parts of trash cans, pieces of benches, etc, at the bottom intrude on the subject and draw our eyes away from the spires and clouds. Pointing a WA lens up causes the building on the left to loom and appear to fall towards us. I'm not sure any cropping could simplify the image.
