Interesting. Did you use lens movement to de-focus the lower part of her body?
 
@bluechromis Hello, Yes I did, to be honest this was my first shoot using LF, I use a Horseman and the de-focus was achieved on the rear standard (i think).
I did not mean to de-focus as much as I did, but I am pleased with the outcome.
The focusing on LF is very "clumsy" but getting to grips with it.
