Excellent. The PS techniques are very effective (wish we could compare the image without them). The nicely lit subject is engaging and at ease...well done!

@cliveh You're right - Yousuf Karsh's portrait of Ingrid Bergman came to my mind first.

So often in portraits you see skin tones on arms and hands that don't match the face. In this instance the lighting range and tonal balance is perfect, together with a focus so sharp you could cut yourself on it. But disregarding the technical aspects, this is a fantastic portrait.
