As an oldie I can never get used to other than classic bikes in terms of "looks" On a technical note the picture looks a bit mottled and more grainy than I would have thought a C41 B&W neg would be. This may of course be the scanner. A print up to a reasonable size from an APS, say at least 6x9 or 8 x10 inches should be very good.
I think the look is probably down to the age of the film. It is also a bit under exposed. Being an auto camera their is no easy way to compensate. I am going to try a filter over light sensor as I have another film to try. Scanner is an Epson V300 at 2400dpi and I agree I expected better.
Just looked at picture and seat and fairing are both off. It was new in 2000 and is showing its age, as am I.
