I ran past this a few times and finally went back with my camera in September 2021. Since then we had a flood and the last time I was there it was gone.
A good print, but just a little less sharpness and life than the negative scan. I find it difficult to get a good print scan, the actual print always has more life in it than the print scan, more comparable to the negative scan.
There may be some uneven illumination going on; compare the skies in the two pics.

OK, I totally realign my enlarger, ran some tests and had the same problem. Long story short, it was the bulb. A while back I had the problem and it turned out that the Eiko bulb was losing it's internal frosting. I put in another Eiko bulb I had and the issue was better but not resolved. I ordered a 6-pack of Osram bulbs from B&H and I put one of them in today and the problem seems to be resolved. I'll post this as a new gallery image.
