Another strong portrait. It's as if you bring forth more than just a portrait, these are vibrant and full of character. I am so impressed.

Ilya,
To learn the wet plate collodion process, I would recommend getting the John Coffer Doer's guide and Dvd's. http://johncoffer.com/
In the US, a workshop with Coffer (rustic) or Mark and France Osterman http://www.collodion.org/
There are numerous others that now teach workshops, including apug's own Kerik http://www.kerik.com/, I hear they are very good, I just have no first hand experience...
Also, Quinn Jacobson is living in Germany, and has been teaching workshops in various European locations... he also has a manual. http://www.collodion.com

I photographed this girl again today, very different result... I like it though, and will try and post it if I don't wreck it during the wash and varnishing stages!
