My son in blue

Starting to figure out how to make a good Cyanotype print. Thanks to Michael Slade and his plate burner. The hat was Alexander's idea as well as the "pose".

Nice image, and I really like the tone of these cyanotypes. I'm not a big fan of cyanotypes, but these really work. The blue seems a little less bright (which is a good thing in my book), and you've got a good Dmax.
 
That's another great image; alot of alt processes are too expensive or time consuming to be 'fun' - not the lowly cyanotype! Nice tonal range on this .
