It looks very pixellated. I kept having to reduce the size to fit it into the gallery. The original scan looks fine and the file size is only about 500 k, so I'm not sure why it looks like this.
 
That doesn't matter though, does it Kevin. I can see the warmth between the two souls. What wonderful news! Congratulations to you and the family.

I was thinking about it and the problem probably is that I scanned at too high a resolution, and had too reduce the size so much that it pixellated. Today I'll sacn it again at a lower resolution and see how it goes.
Yes, Bob, the light is from a window, but it diffused not direct. The sun is not shining directly into the window. I built the backdrop - it's a kind of velvet-like black material.
