I offered to make some photos of him. Here's the result. I ended up using only a 50 mm lens (Voigtlaender 1.5 Aspherical Nokton on a Bessa R3A, T-Max 400 film). I think I chose not to use a 90 mm because it was obvious he was a little tense being in front of the camera. So I tried to pcture him against an interesting background on each photo. These were done in Magdeburg, Germany, by the way.
Any comment will be wellcome.
I like this one better than the other you posted. Tonality and contrast look excellent. The setting is interesting but not distracting - I think the background is the main thing I didn't like as much on the other photo of him. I don't know if it was intended or not but to me, the jacket open like that shows attitude.
