This is my very first experience with large format film (except Polaroid) from start to finish. Taken with Graflex Pacemaker Speed Graphic. Ilford HP4 processed in Diafine. I came really close to fogging the film when I was loading my Yankee tank in a changing bag--I put the film holder into the tank upside down and didn't realize it until I opened the changing bag and saw that the lid didn't fit right.
Thank you! I find myself spending much more time and deliberation on each shot because of the set up time and the cost of the film. LF will make me a better shooter. I had hoped to get a timed exposure of the baby sleeping and some close ups of her hands and feet, but I'm still so clumsy and slow with the Graflex, she woke up before I had a chance.
1/25 with a baby?! AND you were able to meter, compose, focus, etc...I'd have chickened out and dumped more light on them so that I could expose at ...say maybe...1/1000...ok, I'm being silly...but really, nice job!
