You caught a, for lack of a better term...............Decisive Moment there.
Not just 3 randos on a street, they seem to be in thought and conversation.
You also framed an interesting perspective.
Shots like this can easily look boring and random.
This lives a life on the film.
Thanks. You are correct mostly they are random and boring but I always try to channel the in-frame energy of Lee Friedlander and every once in a while I get something OK. It helps when the people around you are used to you having a camera all the time and have gotten past the "annoyed" phase. Plus I've studied Frielanders shooting style and picked up some fiddley habits that don't tip off people that I'm actually shooting.
Interesting. These three folks are looking at each other and are presumably in conversation, while in your Rain photo, the three folks are looking in the same direction and definitely not involved with each other.
