Yes, the Museum of Tolerance and Ignorance is a gorgeous museum in Hollywood, CA. I believe they also have one in NY and possibly one other.
Those pictures are from the Anne Frank exhibit which takes you through the rise of the Nazi party and the worlds reaction (and inaction) to what was happening, Anne Frank's life and those with her and ultimate death.
It is very moving.

Yes, the lighting and the framing (centered on the golden mean?!) on this are really fine.
