I wish I could lay claim to having planned this double-exposure, but it was entirely coincidental. I just forgot to advance the film, which is easy enough to do with the Belair since it's manual wind via red window and the shutter cocking is completely separate from film advance.
So in analogue you get this effect by doing nothing so it's instantaneous whereas in PS it might take a long time and unless skilfully done might not be as good
