the girl on the left takes this image out of cliche and into unique. Her movement and exaggerated body language is very eloquent. i love how she's twisted her foot right out of her shoe and the pleats of her skirt fanning out around her legs. The way her presence interacts with the begging woman and the sleeping child is very effective in this photograph. i thought about this today while shooting the street in Costa Rica..it's all about relationships. They're the hardest to capture and create the most wonderful photographs. kat~

Bill, The Pentax LX such a wonderful camera which I loved using. Back to the picture a perfect street capture with each element contrasting with the other. May street shooting continue without polititians getting in our way
