I uploaded a negative scan of this a few weeks ago and made a real print last night. I think it came out close to the scan and that makes me happy. After 10+ years of using Ilford's warmtone RC paper I have recently started trying Fomatone MG RC Warmtone paper and I really like it. Comments always welcome.
i love the tonality in the image, and if the print resembles what im seeing on my screen its a fine print. usually if i were printing it id nit pick about the black space on the left but i feel its not too dark here. and the composition is quite interesting, has the eye going from the chairs to the windows, reflection in the water, pool ladder, and back again.
one suggestion would be to see if there is any info in the negative or the window area, mainly the 2 right windows. if there is you can try pre flashing or prefogging the paper and get some detail there but as a result youd have to print at a higher contrast grade than here.
