Been trying to get some good images of my mosquito net for a long time. Always an intriguing bit of space, air, and netting in person, but I can't seem to get the right photo. Very hard to get a good perspective on it with the camera in the space provided.
Thanks for the comments--I do think having the headboard grounds the image a bit more. The other exposures I made often had some/all of it in there, too, but due to a really annoying fiber that was present in the film gate, there's a bit of a wacky black shadow that I had to crop out on some of them, resulting in the headboard going away, too.
Edit: I also tweaked the scan a little after posting this initial version, resulting in a slightly less harsh image. Hopefully I can make a print to match in a few months.
