This looks so much like northern Minnesota where a number Finnish immigrants settled to work in the timber industry and iron mines.

Looks great,like the way its composed.Get a sense of morning light.

Terrific exposure and capture of detail. But the lack of something out in the lake (e.g. boat) leaves the right hand side of the picture rather empty and uninteresting. Otherwise I think that it is a lovely photo.

I think you have done a good job of catching the early morning light.

Note sure about Tex's comments about the Lake needing a boat to balance the picture - the boat being still on the Lake shore indicates (to me) that it is still early and things have yet to get going

The view has a pleasant tranquillity about it
