Our desert areas in So Cal deserts can get some fairly active monsoon seasons. This years season was one of the most active I can recall in the last several years.

Something that catches my eye is that rock formation on the right looks (maybe it's my aging eyes) like a bald head with an anguished look on its face -- as though perhaps this is the remains of some ancient civilization! Anyhow, it is a well done composition.
