Paul, because of a fence around it I could only frame the upper floor through the trees and underbrush, there is a grand entry and porch beneath. This old house stands on one of he most expensive plots of land on Istanbul, a shopping street the likes of 5th avenue and 57the street in NYC. It is in even further decline now and by law it must be restored in it's original design to be put to use. It may become a big brand store and a facade for a more modern building attached at the back. There is a similar one not far from it that was done in the manner.
