I shot this pinhole neg Saturday evening while the MN APUG crew met up at Keegans Irish pub for guinness. After the bar we went out and shot for a little while before it got dark and before it rained/snowed!
the guys stood that still for 3.5 mins?!? ..... both the conception and the execution of this photo had to be influenced by the Guinness ... good work Andrew .....
You never know what you'll find lurking around a deserted grain elevator...hee..hee. As you can see, the guiness effects people differently, Matt & Thomas were the winners of steady.
Fun was had by all.

Glad people like this. I am liking pinhole more and more lately and I had not gotten the woodshop fired up for a long time and it felt good to go and make something like this. I've been toying with the idea of making LF cameras for the longest time, but nothing in the realm of pinhole cameras until a few weeks ago. I've had some reliability issues with the zero 6x9 and wanted something I could be more confident in not hosing up a whole roll of film. It was purely an experiment at first, but I think it has potential for further investigation. I will be making a few prototypes to try out over the next month or so and if it works out, I will hopefully offer these for sale on a limited basis. I need to figure out a way where one camera could be built in no more than two evenings worth of work. By that I mean making jigs and tools to speed the process up some, because while it's relatively simple to manufacture, at the moment it is fairly labor intensive with the the number of individual cutting tasks needed to create them. Then there is buying suitable lumber that can be used for this type of thing etc. Like I said, small steps to figure out what works best and maybe a limited amount for sale after that. If you want to see more about the build, look here:- http://www.apug.org/forums/forum147/18930-pix-your-home-built-cams-here-please-23.html
