Paul you have all the detail there, but it is as you say a bit flat. I would suggest using a higher filter number maybe a 4?
PS. I'm not sure why you were using an orange & pol. filter

You definitely need more contrast here. Shadows are too weak, and the highlights are much too flat.
The saving grace is the nice framing you accomplished, but it's not enough. I think you should work this at a much higher contrast, and that dramatic sky you should use to your advantage. There's a lot to be had in the sky from adding a bit of punch with a Grade 5 filter at the end of the printing sequence.
Make that texture stand out, and your print will be a lot better.

As above with the contrast, but I do love your composition....maybe just the orange filter next time?

Thanks guys for the comments, I may of made a mistake when I said I used a polariser, I know on the day I used one a lot because of an break in the clouds but looking at the image and the contact sheet I don't see why I'd of used the polariser here. I print off a colour enlarger and without seeing my notes I think I mainly used magenta dialed up to the max, so I'll get back to this one in a few days and re post for comments, thanks again.

Oh! sorry guys one last thing, what filter would you of used on the day, I've green, red and yellow/orange in the bag, did I make the right choice by using orange ?

Paul I generally use the orange filter but if I'm abroad like in Spain I change to a yellow filter as the brightness is much stronger than at home. I have used the orange filter in Spain and found my skies far too black for my liking.
