at first i was going to suggest that you mask the top of the frontmost arch in
the collonade / archways ( that tiny triangle of light ), and then after i scrolled the top of the image
and did my "makeshift crop" i came to the realization
that every sliver of light balances perfectly with every shadow.
the darkness of the shadows give a great pull to the end
and the stonework, how parts just melt into eachother they all tell a wonderful story.
your mission-work reminds me of the engravings, and architectural guidebooks from the 19th century.
