What a beautiful study of this little girl, the lighting, tone and balance of the picture are perfect, I particularly like the way the sharpness falls away towards the bottom of the picture and only her face is pin sharp,congratulations very well done Dennis.

Thank you all for the positive feedback. It is shot with a 355 Red Dot Artar nearly wide open with lens tilted. My spouse, who is Elena's Aunt, asked me if I had purposely taken the worst picture I could. Maybe from a mother or loving aunt's perspective that is true because it does not show happiness or comfort. I still really like it so I wanted to see if anyone else would. Dennis

I really like it too. From experience, some relatives would rather have a color print, dressed up kid in a fake setting with "say cheese". This is a real keeper...not one that ends up in the shoe box or under a refrigerator magnet. Best, Jim
