You're right Mark, it is flat. I can't seem to get good midrange contrast with this film even though the highlights are threatening to blow out. The shadows seem to be well populated with detail and the scene itself doesn't seem to be so flat looking. I may have to try going back when I can get some contrastier lighting, this was as the light was fading, like the first post, and was almost undirectional. I don't know if it's the Rodinal doing this to the film or if it's an inherent trait.
I like this a lot. As other people have mentioned, it does seem a little flat in the mid tones. However, I think that it works well for this composition. It takes on a very mystical character with the flowing water.
