Nicely done. Any hints on film/exposure?

Film was Kodak T-Max 400. I believe the exposure was something like f16 @ 15-30sec, but I don't recall for sure. I'm terrible about recording exposure times, especially with 120 film. I think I developed this in Caffenol as well.

I love the composition and "feel" of this shot. I've been interested in trying Caffenol, and I've gone to various websites, but your results are great. May I ask your specific formula for this film? Thanks.
