I like how the black foreground trees frame and introduce the more luminous trees behind them; the sense of depth is very real. The forest floor with all its tiny detail and rough texture gives context and support to the softer and more ethereal space above. I'm not in love with how some of the bushes on the left and right edges of the frame intrude on the trees, though, but I don't see an easy way of leaving them out without also leaving out an important and necessary bit of the forest floor. Like, like, like!!!
