Would you believe this is located in the middle of a city of 3.5 million people? This is part of an interconnecting trail network midtown through Toronto's ravines.
Having never lived in Toronto, yet visited uncountable times, I've only discovered the extensive ravine parks in recent years. They can remain hidden to those who don't make an effort to explore a bit. They make Toronto a very green city, decreasing urban impact to a huge degree.
What an amazing secret discovery, Bill. This is gorgeous. I always had a thing for paths and this looks like a dried river bed. It beckons to be be explored.
Guess what, it's just a path on a 15% slope and that is erosion, it looks like a stream wants to form during rainstorms but the City of Toronto is doing it's best to discourage that.
