Microscopic Study ll

My dad passed away last year and left me 2 microscopes to play with. His work was all scientific and done on color slides. I usually shoot with natural light so lighting the subject presented new challenges for me.

There is only a shallow DOF -

It really was fun playing with the scope just to see what I would get just scooping up a dish of dirt. What surprises were lurking in that dish.
