quick scan ---Feedback on this appreciated--is this one worth printing?--If so what would be your take on printing?

There are others here that are much much better at printing that I am - so I leave the tech opinions to them but I would say Hells Yeah - print it, Its a cool shot (and not just because its the type of scene that I am drawn to. lol)
 
Of the three or so that you uploaded today re Miami architecture, this one is the most outstanding, what it has here is that engagement factor, that view through the bridge up the building is a joy to take in. Complex image here that is a great pleasure to wonder through. Andy
 
Your composition is spot on with the overpass angles leading me to that glowing building behind. If I was printing this I would increase the contrast, but not too much so as to lose detail under the bridge, but make sure to keep that glow in the building.
 
I would, respectfully, hit the contrast a bit, not losing the detail in the building on the left there and see what happens. I'll bet this negative nearly knocked your teeth out when you first saw it. It is great. I never saw anything like this in Miami when I was last there, last week. Very, very nice work. Contrast, my man, contrast!
