This scratches an itch for me. 'Launches floods of thoughts & a few memories.
Its also nicely done, scratching my itch for all things metal and heavy on texture.
As late as the 90's there was a Lathe in the Naval Maint. facility on Bainbridge(?) Is. that would turn metal 21' in diam. 'Would go nuts shooting that.
